Airpaths
The flight segments you entered have been encoded in the URL. Bookmark this page to get back to
your entries later.
Airpaths is meant to be a "best of both worlds" remix of flightmemory.com and
the Great Circle Mapper. It's not a replacement for either one but for many tasks it's
easier to use than those.
Enter airport codes in the box on the right. Codes entered on a single line count as a trip. (example) Codes entered on multiple lines count as one trip per line. (example) The Play & Pause buttons control a simple animation that's fun to watch if you enter a lot of data. Click the Record button to encode the contents of the input box in the URL of the page - this will allow you to get back to your entries later. Extra information such as flight numbers, cabin of service, etc. can be entered as a comment after a "#" sign. (example) IATA, ICAO and FAA codes are all recognized. The IATA code takes precedence so enter an "FAA:" prefix to force interpreting a code as such in case of a conflict. (SAW vs. FAA:SAW) Don't worry if you don't know the airport codes for most major cities by heart: just enter the name of the city and use the lookup tool when bugged. (example) A note on browsers: Safari and Chrome should perform really well, and Firefox will be all right too. IE is quite sluggish, and this is primarily due to the lack of a native <canvas> implementation. |
